1. Introduction

Thank you for shopping with Totally Absolutely Engaged!

This policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver physical products purchased through our website, as well as how returns, cancellations and refunds are handled.

We aim to make your shopping experience as straightforward as possible. Please read this policy before placing an order.

2. Where we deliver

We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom.

Delivery availability will be confirmed at checkout. We do not currently offer international delivery.

3. Order processing and dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days of the order being placed and payment being confirmed.

Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Our dispatch timeframe refers to the time it takes to prepare and send your order. It is not a guarantee that your parcel will arrive within 3–5 working days.

During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take longer. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will aim to keep you informed.

We will fulfil orders within any delivery timeframe agreed at checkout and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

4. Delivery charges

Our standard UK delivery charge is £2.99 per order, unless a different charge is clearly displayed and agreed at checkout.

We do not currently offer free delivery as standard.

The applicable delivery charge will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within the timeframe set out above. The time taken for your parcel to arrive will depend on the delivery service used.

Any delivery estimates provided at checkout or in dispatch communications are estimates unless a specific delivery date or timeframe has been expressly agreed.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.

6. Incorrect delivery details

Please check that your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to amend the details before dispatch, although changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been sent.

We will handle delivery issues in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. Missing, delayed or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived, appears to be missing or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Photographs may be helpful if an item has arrived damaged.

We will investigate the issue and take appropriate steps to resolve it.

Where we arrange delivery, we remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you have identified to receive them, subject to applicable law.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

8. Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to stop the order, but this may not always be possible.

For most products purchased online, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

If you wish to exercise this right, you must tell us within the applicable cancellation period. You will then generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Certain exceptions apply, including qualifying personalised or custom-made products and other goods excluded by law.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory cancellation rights.

9. Returns

If you change your mind about an eligible item, you must notify us of your cancellation within 14 days of receiving your order. You will generally have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Returned items should be handled with reasonable care. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and functioning, where permitted by law.

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Unless the item is faulty, incorrect or another legal obligation applies, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning an item when cancelling because you have changed your mind, provided this responsibility has been made clear to you before purchase.

Some products are exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right under applicable law. Where an exception applies, we will explain it where relevant.

10. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

We want you to receive your order in the condition you expect.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs may help us assess the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the matter in accordance with your statutory rights. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy.

Where we are legally responsible for the issue, we will not use this policy to restrict your statutory rights or require you to bear costs that we are legally required to cover.

11. Refunds

Where you are entitled to a refund, we will process it in accordance with applicable law.

For eligible online cancellations, refunds will generally include the cost of the goods and the basic delivery charge paid for the original order. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, the additional cost above the basic delivery option does not generally need to be refunded.

For statutory cancellation returns, refunds will normally be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or, where applicable, receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Where an item is faulty or another remedy applies, the relevant statutory rules will govern the refund process.

12. Delivery responsibility

We take responsibility for arranging delivery of the products you purchase from us.

If a parcel is lost, delayed or delivered incorrectly, please contact us so we can investigate and agree the appropriate next steps.

Responsibility for the goods remains with us until they come into your physical possession, or the possession of someone you have identified to receive them, except where a specific legal exception applies.

13. Contact us

If you have questions about an order, delivery, cancellation, return or refund, please contact us using the contact details provided on our website.
